Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Office Admin to manage inventory operations and support daily showroom activities at Karthik Computers. The candidate will be responsible for stock management, billing coordination, CRM updates, and assisting the sales & service team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
📦 Inventory Management
Maintain accurate stock records (Laptop, Desktop, Accessories, Spare parts)
Update inward & outward entries in Excel / ERP
Monitor stock levels and inform management for replenishment
Coordinate with vendors for purchase orders and deliveries
Conduct regular physical stock verification
Track serial numbers, warranty details, and AMC records
🧾 Billing & Documentation
Prepare invoices, quotations & purchase orders
Maintain proper filing of bills, warranty cards & service records
Handle basic accounting entries (Tally/ERP preferred)
📊 CRM & Sales Support
Update CRM with lead and sales data
Coordinate with sales team for order processing
Maintain daily sales & stock reports
Follow up with customers for pending payments (if required)
☎️ Customer & Vendor Coordination
Handle walk-in customers professionally
Answer phone inquiries regarding product availability
Coordinate with service centers & vendors for repairs and replacements
🔹 Required Skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
Basic knowledge of billing software / Tally preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication in Tamil & English
Attention to detail in stock handling
Basic understanding of laptops & IT products (preferred)
🔹 Qualification
Any Degree / Diploma
1–3 years experience in retail showroom / IT store preferred
Freshers with good Excel knowledge can also apply
