Position: Office Administrator

Department: Administration / HR Support

Experience: 0 – 10 Years (Preferred)


Job Summary


An organized and responsible Office Administrator responsible for managing daily office operations, handling statutory compliance such as ESI and PF filings, maintaining employee records, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments. The role requires strong administrative, documentation, and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities


* Manage day-to-day office administrative activities.

* Maintain employee records, attendance, and documentation.

* Handle Payroll creation, ESI and PF registration, filing, and compliance.

* Coordinate with HR for employee onboarding and exit formalities.

* Maintain office files, records, and databases accurately.

* Handle correspondence, emails, and internal communication.

* Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement.

* Assist management in scheduling meetings and maintaining reports.

* Ensure proper documentation for statutory compliance.

* Support accounts or HR team with administrative tasks when required.


Required Skills


* Knowledge of Payroll, ESI & PF filing procedures.

* Office administration and documentation management.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.

* Good communication and coordination abilities.

* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

* Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

* Basic knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.


Preferred Qualifications


* Any Bachelor’s Degree.
