Job Description
- Roles & Responsibilities1. Laptop Sales ManagementManage day-to-day laptop sales activities (retail, corporate, institutional).
- Handle walk-in, online, and B2B customer enquiries.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure product availability.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- 2. Operations ManagementOversee order processing, invoicing, delivery, and installation coordination.
- Ensure smooth execution of sales orders from enquiry to closure.
- Monitor stock movement, inward/outward entries, and RMA process.
- Coordinate with logistics, technicians, and warehouse teams.
- Ensure SOPs and operational policies are followed.
- 3. CRM & Customer Relationship ManagementManage CRM system updates (leads, follow-ups, service tickets).
- Ensure timely follow-ups for leads, renewals, AMC, and pending payments.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure quick resolution.
- Maintain long-term customer relationships and repeat business.
- Track customer feedback and service quality.
- 4. Team Coordination & SupervisionGuide and support sales executives, coordinators, and field staff.
- Allocate leads and monitor team performance.
- Train team members on products, pricing, and CRM usage.
- Ensure discipline, productivity, and service standards.
- 5. Reporting & MISPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports (sales, collections, leads).
- Analyze sales performance and operational bottlenecks.
- Share reports with management for decision-making.
- 6. Finance & Collections SupportCoordinate with accounts team for billing and payment follow-ups.
- Track outstanding payments and credit limits.
- Ensure documentation for PO, invoices, delivery challans, and warranties.
- 7. Vendor & Partner CoordinationCoordinate with laptop brands, distributors, and service partners.
- Track pricing updates, schemes, and availability.
- Ensure timely procurement and vendor compliance.
- 8. Compliance & Process ImprovementEnsure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
- Identify process gaps and suggest operational improvements.
- Support management in scaling sales and service operations.
- Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of laptop products and IT hardware sales.
- Experience in CRM tools and sales operations.
- Leadership and team-handling skills.
- Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving ability.
- Strong coordination and multitasking skills.
- Preferred Qualifications & ExperienceAny graduate / diploma (MBA preferred).
- 3–6 years experience in IT hardware sales & operations.
- Experience handling CRM and B2B customers preferred.
