Order Process Executive

We are looking for a WhatsApp & Order Processing Executive to manage end-to-end customer order operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take customer orders through WhatsApp
• Attend incoming customer calls and resolve queries
• Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate resolutions
• Prepare billing/invoices for confirmed orders
• Forward billed orders to the packing team
• Coordinate with the packing team for dispatch confirmation
• Update customers once orders are dispatched
• Follow up with courier/logistics partners if orders are delayed or not delivered
• Ensure end-to-end order tracking until final delivery
• Maintain order and communication records

Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication skills (English + regional language preferred)
• Experience handling WhatsApp Business & phone calls
• Basic billing knowledge and computer skills (Excel / billing software)
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple orders and customers simultaneously
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented attitude
