Patient Appointment Scheduler – RCM (US Healthcare)

We are hiring a Patient Appointment Scheduler for the US RCM process. The role includes handling calls, scheduling patient appointments, verifying patient details, and coordinating with US healthcare providers.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• 1–2 years of experience in Patient Appointment Scheduling (RCM only)
• Freshers with excellent English fluency and trainability may also apply
• Candidates from International Voice Process backgrounds are also eligible
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle US patients professionally
• Willing to work in the night shift

Shift: Night Shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST)

Work Days: Monday to Friday (Sat & Sun Off)

Gender: Female candidates only

Cab: Drop facility is provided for female employees
