Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team at Sirina Healthcare Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitation programs for patients with physical impairments, disabilities, or pain due to injury, illness, or surgery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical conditions through functional movement screening, strength testing, and patient history.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on diagnosis and patient goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions including exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and other evidence-based techniques.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercises, and injury prevention.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with doctors, occupational therapists, and other rehabilitation professionals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Ensure safe, clean, and organized treatment areas.
• Participate in continuing education and stay updated with new techniques and best practices.
• Comply with ethical, legal, and professional standards of physiotherapy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT).
• Minimum 1 years of clinical experience, preferably in rehabilitation settings.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, and physical therapy modalities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Empathetic, patient-centred approach to care.
