A job description for the role of Picker & Packer.

Location: Work From Office (WFO)

Job Summary:

As a Picker & Packer, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately picking and packing customer orders within our facility. This role is crucial for ensuring that orders are fulfilled correctly and promptly. You will use a small handheld device to scan QR codes, locate products, and update order status.

Responsibilities:

Receive and process customer orders through a small handheld device.

Accurately pick products from the designated storage areas by scanning QR codes.

Ensure that picked items match the order details.

Package products securely to prevent damage during transit.

Update order status on the device after picking and packing are complete.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.

Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals.

Salary & Compensation:

👉 Work Details:

9 hrs login (8 hrs work + 1 hr break)

Weekly 1 day off (not on Sunday)

👉 Salary Package:

Basic Salary: ₹13,300 (with ESI & PF)

Attendance Bonus: ₹2,000

Leave Encashment: ₹950

💰 Total: ₹16,250/month (Approx)

👉 Extra Benefits:

OT Available (₹135/hr)

Performance Incentive (₹300 – ₹3,500)

Yearly Increment: ₹1,000

💼 Total Monthly Earnings: ₹16,250 – ₹19,000+

Working Hours & Shifts:

You will be assigned to one of the following shifts on a rotational basis:

Working Days:

The work week is from Monday to Sunday.

You will receive one day off during the week, which will be scheduled between Monday and Friday.

Eligibility Criteria:

Age: 18 - 35 years old

Candidates must be physically fit and able to lift and move products.

Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus but not required.

Ability to use a handheld scanning device is essential (training will be provided).

Note: This is a full-time, Work-From-Office position. Candidates must be willing to work on all days of the week, with one day off as scheduled. (Monday to Friday - One day Leave)
