Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate recruiters and industry partners
• Coordinate campus recruitment drives, internships, and placement activities
• Support students with placement readiness, scheduling interviews, and offer tracking
• Maintain placement data, reports, and recruiter databases
• Work closely with academic departments to align student profiles with industry needs

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in placements, corporate relations, or recruitment
• Strong networking and relationship-management skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and placement tracking systems
• Prior experience in a university or institute will be an advantage
