Job Title: Industrial Factory Manager (FEMALE ONLY)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Industrial Factory Manager to oversee overall manufacturing operations, product design, and project development activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, managing industrial fabrication and tool room operations, implementing automation solutions, and delivering projects to customers on time with the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee complete factory operations including manufacturing, fabrication, and tool room activities.

Lead new product design and development initiatives.

Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, and timely delivery to customers.

Supervise all types of industrial fabrication works.

Monitor and control automation processes within manufacturing systems.

Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.

Optimize production efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Coordinate with design, procurement, quality, and maintenance teams.

Implement continuous improvement strategies for productivity and safety.

Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Manage manpower planning, training, and performance evaluation.

Maintain strong customer communication regarding project progress and delivery schedules.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 5–10 years of experience in industrial manufacturing and fabrication.

Strong knowledge of tool room operations and industrial automation.

Experience in project management and new product development.

Leadership and team management skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
