Job Description
Pre-Sales Executive – Real Estate (2 Years Experience Required)
🧑💼 Job Role:
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Pre-Sales Executive with minimum 2 years of experience in calling, lead handling, and scheduling site visits.
No client meeting & no lead generation. Company will provide qualified buyer leads.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for real estate buyer leads
- Understand customer requirements and explain project/property details clearly
- Share project brochures, pricing, videos, floor plans, and location details
- Schedule site visits with interested buyers
- Maintain strong rapport and follow-up with buyers
- Coordinate with sales team for closures after site visits
- Update and maintain CRM/lead status daily
- Achieve weekly site-visit targets
🎯 Required Experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Real Estate / Telecalling / Pre-sales
- Strong communication in Tamil & basic English
- Good convincing and follow-up skills
- Ability to handle multiple leads and maintain records
