📌 Key Responsibilities.

• Handle inbound and warm outbound calls from company-provided buyer leads
• Understand customer requirements and clearly explain project/property details
• Share project brochures, pricing details, videos, floor plans, and location information
• Schedule site visits for interested buyers
• Maintain strong rapport and consistent follow-ups with prospects
• Coordinate with the sales team for closures after site visits
• Update and maintain CRM and lead status on a daily basis

🎯 Required Experience & Skills.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate / Tele calling / Pre-Sales
• Strong communication skills in Tamil and basic English
• Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Ability to handle multiple leads and maintain accurate records
