Product & Solution Lead – On-Demand Delivery App

2.Role Overview:

We are seeking a Product & Solution Lead who can combine the roles of Product Manager and Solution Architect to drive the successful delivery of our on-demand delivery app. This individual will define the product vision, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure smooth execution with the development team.

Responsibilities:

• Product ManagementDefine and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for the delivery platform.
• Conduct user research & competitor benchmarking to refine features.
• Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), wireframes, and workflows.
• Prioritize features into MVP vs growth phases.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure user-friendly flows.
• Track KPIs such as delivery time, order completion, retention, and revenue growth.
• Solution ArchitectureDesign the technical architecture for the ecosystem (User app, Rider app, Merchant panel, Admin dashboard).
• Define tech stack, APIs, and data flows.
• Recommend 3rd-party integrations (payments, maps, notifications, analytics).
• Ensure system scalability, security, and performance.
• Work closely with developers to validate feasibility and guide implementation.
• Provide time and cost estimates for each development phase.

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of experience in product management or solution architecture (preferably in on-demand delivery, e-commerce, or logistics apps).
• Strong understanding of on-demand business models (e.g., Swiggy, Dunzo, Getir, Uber Eats).
• Hands-on knowledge of mobile development frameworks (Flutter, React Native) and backend technologies (Node.js, Java, Python).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills — able to talk business with founders and tech with developers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to balance speed-to-market vs scalability.
