Production Coordinator

Job Info / Job Description :- 

• Track and maintain raw material, paper stock, and finished goods inventory.
• Review customer Purchase Orders (POs) and plan production accordingly.
• Raise material requisitions and coordinate procurement of required raw materials.
• Schedule and monitor daily/weekly production activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments (design, printing, packaging, dispatch) for smooth workflow.
• Follow up with vendors or external suppliers for timely delivery of outsourced items.
• Ensure quality checks are completed before dispatch.
• Update stock records and maintain accurate inventory logs.
• Prepare production status reports and share updates with the management.
• Address production-related issues and assist in resolving bottlenecks.
• Ensure timely delivery of finished goods as per customer deadlines.
• Support the dispatch process by coordinating packing and logistics.

Salary (Min - Max) :- 15,000 to 18,000

Minimum Qualification :- Bachelor's degree in Production, Supply Chain, or related field

Candidate Experience ( Min - Max) :- 3–5 years of experience in production coordination, preferably in printing/packaging/manufacturing industries

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (if applicable)

Gender Preference :- Male or Female

Language Required :- English, Tamil and Hindi

Job Timings :- 9.00 am to 7.00 pm
