Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily production schedules to meet delivery targets
- Monitor manufacturing processes and optimize productivity and efficiency
- Implement and improve production methods, layouts, and workflows
- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed
- Coordinate with design, quality, maintenance, and stores departments
- Prepare production reports, KPIs, and documentation
- Support new product development and process trials
Required Qualifications
- B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering
- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and process optimization
- Familiarity with ISO, 5S, Lean, Kaizen, or TPM practices is a plus
