Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Production Executive to oversee production activities related to embroidery machinery operations, garment packing, quality checking, and DTF (Direct-to-Film) fusing process. The candidate should be responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of handling day-to-day production tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor embroidery machines efficiently
• Handle DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing and fusing process
• Monitor production workflow and ensure timely completion of orders
• Oversee garment packing, labeling, and dispatch process
• Perform quality checks at each stage of production
• Maintain production records and daily reports
• Coordinate with production team and supervisors
• Ensure machines are well maintained and report breakdowns
• Follow safety standards and production guidelines

Required Skills:

• Experience in Embroidery Machinery Operations
• Knowledge of DTF printing and fusing
• Understanding of garment packing and quality inspection
• Ability to meet production timelines
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer knowledge preferred
• Qualification10th / 12th / Diploma / Graduate (any stream)
• Experience in garment/apparel industry preferred

Work Experience:

• Experience preferred (freshers with relevant skills can also apply, if applicable)
