Project Finance Analyst

Job Title: Project Finance Analyst

Location: Chennai 

Role Summary :

We are looking for a seasoned professional who can independently handle project structuring, DPR preparation, and financial modelling for MSME and large CAPEX projects. The role requires deep understanding of bank appraisal logic, project feasibility, and funding readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead end-to-end project structuring for manufacturing, expansion, and CAPEX projects

* Prepare bank-ready DPRs including technical, financial, and market sections

* Build detailed financial models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, DSCR, IRR)

* Evaluate project feasibility and identify funding gaps

* Coordinate with machinery vendors, valuers, and technical consultants

* Align project structuring with bank/NBFC appraisal norms

* Support sales team during high-value client discussions

* Advise management on project viability and risk factors

* Handle multiple projects simultaneously with ownership mindset

Eligibility Criteria:

* Good experience in project finance / credit appraisal / DPR consulting

* Exposure to bank-funded CAPEX projects (mandatory)

* Strong Excel and financial modelling skills

* Prior experience with banks, NBFCs, consulting firms, or project finance firms
