Purchase Executive

We Are Hiring Purchase Executive

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

*Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.

*Request quotations and compare prices.

*Negotiate price, terms, and delivery schedules.

*Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO).

*Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.

*Coordinate with warehouse and accounts departments.

*Maintain purchase records and documentation.

*Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages.

*Ensure quality compliance of purchased materials.

*Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Required Skills:

Strong negotiation skills

Vendor management

Cost analysis ability

Good communication skills

Knowledge of ERP / Purchase software

Basic knowledge of GST and invoice verification

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree (B.Com / BBA / MBA preferred)

2–5 years of experience in procurement or purchase

Must Have Experience In Brands Purchasing
