Purchase Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the procurement process from sourcing to final delivery.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs.
• Ensure timely purchase order processing and track deliveries.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and assess supplier performance.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet business requirements.
• Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain accurate purchase records, reports, and documentation.

• Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in procurement/purchasing (preferably in Real estate industry).
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain management and purchasing best practices.
