- Quality Control (QC)Monitor and audit inbound/outbound collection calls and communication.
- Evaluate calls based on compliance, process adherence, soft skills, and resolution effectiveness.
- Identify errors, gaps, and non-compliance issues and share timely feedback.
- Prepare QC reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of collection processes and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze call quality and provide constructive feedback.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
