Senior Accounting Executive – Finance & Operations

Job Overview:

We are hiring a Senior Accounting Executive with strong experience in both finance and operations, preferably in a trading or manufacturing company. If you’ve only worked in the service industry, this role is not for you.

This is a hands-on role involving day-to-day accounting, compliance, coordination with other departments (like inventory and dispatch), and ensuring timely reporting.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports.
• Manage GST, TDS, and income tax compliance and filings.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost planning.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams for audits.
• Work closely with inventory, purchase, and dispatch teams for operational alignment.
• Improve systems and processes for efficiency.
• Support the accounts team and report directly to management.
• Requirements:Age: 25+ years
• Experience: 5+ years in accounting + exposure to operations
• Background: Must have worked in a trading or manufacturing company
• Knowledge: Finance, commercials, inventory, and operational flow

• Skills:
• Tally, ERP (Odoo or similar)
• Advanced Excel
• Strong coordination & communication
