Quality Control Executive

About the Company

Sridhi Ventures is a food manufacturing company producing fresh Idly & Dosa Batter for restaurants and hotels. We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Executive to maintain product quality and hygiene standards in our production unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Check quality of raw materials before production

• Monitor batter fermentation, texture, and consistency

• Ensure factory hygiene and food safety standards are maintained

• Conduct batch quality checks during production

• Maintain QC reports and documentation

• Check packaging quality and shelf life

• Coordinate with the production team to resolve quality issues

• Ensure compliance with food safety standards

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years QC experience in FMCG or food manufacturing

• Experience in food quality testing and hygiene standards

• Basic knowledge of FSSAI guidelines

• Experience handling QC documentation and production checks

• Ability to monitor production quality in a factory environment

• Immediate joining preferred
