Responsible for line inspection, final inspection, rework inspection & incoming inspection 

• Responsible for updating charts, records 

• Responsible for giving set up approval, Patrol inspection, process parameters

• Responsible for keeping gauges safe and communicate with supplier for gauge calibration 

• Responsible for data collection for analysis 

Knowledge of Control plan, Process flow diagram, Failure mode

• Responsible for maintaining 5S of the department 

• Responsible for in-house gauge calibration and identification of gauges.

• Responsible for all units gauge calibration and identification of gauges.

• Responsible for handling 2D height gauge, vernier, Micrometer etc.  

• Responsible for keeping gauges safe and communicate with supplier  

• Responsible for maintaining all units master list of gauges.
