Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a solid background in construction company and a minimum of 10 years of professional experience. The ideal Women candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, contracts, and procurement processes, ensuring financial efficiency and compliance across all construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Cost Estimation & Budgeting
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQ).
• Monitor project expenditures and provide accurate financial forecasts.
• Advise on cost-saving strategies while maintaining quality standards.

Project Monitoring & Reporting

• Provide valuations and certify payments.
• Generate regular project cost reports for management.

Procurement & Vendor Relations

• Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors.
• Negotiate pricing and ensure timely procurement of materials.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships to support project delivery.

Risk & Compliance

• Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and legal requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction engineering and cost management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project management software(Build Superfast).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
