✨ Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic 💼 and results-driven 📈 Sales Executive to join our 🏡 REAL ESTATE team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client interaction, property presentations, and closing sales deals 🤝, while ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the journey.

• 🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new sales leads 🔍 through networking, referrals, and market research
• Assist clients in buying 🏡 REAL ESTATE properties
• Conduct property site visits & client presentations 🏢
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable property options
• Maintain regular follow-ups 📞 with prospects and existing clients
• Negotiate terms and close deals effectively 💰
• Stay updated on market trends, property values & competitors 📊
• Maintain and manage client & lead database 🗂️
• Coordinate with legal & documentation teams 📄 for smooth transactions

• Excellent negotiation & persuasion abilities 🎯
• Good knowledge of the 🏡 REAL ESTATE market
• Ability to work under targets & pressure ⚡
• Basic computer knowledge 💻 (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Strong customer-focused mindset 🤝

• 🎓 QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 🎓 (preferred)
• Proven experience in sales 📈 (🏡 REAL ESTATE experience is an advantage)

• ⏳ Experience: 1–3 years of experience
• Freshers with strong sales skills 💪 can also apply

• 👤 Age Criteria: 23 – 35 years
