🏆 About the Role:We are looking for a pleasant and customer-friendly Greeter to be the first point of contact at our showroom. The Greeter plays a key role in creating a warm and welcoming experience for every customer entering the store.

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities:Welcome customers warmly as they enter the showroom
• Greet customers with a smile and professional body language
• Understand customer requirements and guide them to the appropriate sales executive
• Maintain customer entry records (footfall register / digital entry)
• Manage crowd flow during peak hours
• Offer water/refreshments to customers as per store standards
• Inform customers about ongoing offers, schemes, and events
• Ensure smooth coordination between customers and sales team
• Maintain cleanliness and decorum at the entrance area
• ✅ Eligibility Criteria:Experience: Freshers or candidates with 0–3 years in customer service / retail preferred
• Good communication skills (Tamil mandatory, basic English preferred)
• Well-groomed and presentable appearance
• Friendly, polite, and energetic personality
• Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage
