Job Description
- Patient Experience & Reception: Greet and register patients, handle inquiries, and manage the waiting area to ensure a positive first impression.
- Scheduling & Appointments: Schedule, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments and coordinate with medical staff.
- Administrative Support: Update patient demographic information and medical records in the hospital system, ensuring high accuracy.
- Billing & Insurance: Verify insurance eligibility, process payments, and assist with billing inquiries.
- Coordination & Communication: Manage phone lines, relay messages between patients and clinicians, and facilitate admission/discharge processes.
