Job Title: HR Recruiter (FMCG Company)

Location: Chennai (Vanagaram)

Experience: Freshers / Experienced

Job Responsibilities:

• Salesman, Telecaller, Delivery staff recruitment

• Job portal posting & candidate sourcing

• Calling candidates and scheduling interviews

• Maintaining candidate database in Excel

• Coordinating with management for final selection

• Follow-up with selected candidates until joining

Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email)

• Good communication in Tamil (English basic enough)

• Interest in HR / Recruitment work

• Responsible and regular attendance

Salary: Based on experience + performance incentive

Working Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
