Job Title: Regional Client Manager – South Region (Apprenticeship Act Implementation)


Location:Gurgaon, Haryana (Head Office)


Travel required across South & assigned regions


Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Regional Client Manager to manage and oversee clients across the South Region. The role involves end-to-end client management and implementation of the Apprenticeship Act across multiple states. The position requires strong coordination skills, compliance knowledge, and advanced proficiency in Excel for MIS, reporting, and data analysis.


  • Key Responsibilities:Manage and handle end-to-end client operations for the South Region.
  • Oversee Apprenticeship Act implementation and compliance across assigned states including Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Arunachal Pradesh, and other regions as required.
  • Act as the single point of contact for clients regarding apprenticeship onboarding, documentation, and statutory processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, government departments, and external stakeholders for smooth execution of apprenticeship programs.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports, returns, and documentation as per statutory requirements.
  • Prepare and manage MIS reports, trackers, dashboards, and compliance data using Advanced Excel.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and resolve operational or compliance-related issues proactively.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure adherence to timelines and legal requirements.
  • Support audits, inspections, and reviews related to apprenticeship compliance.
  • Travel to client locations as and when required.
  • Required Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of the Apprenticeship Act and its practical implementation.
  • Excellent client management and coordination skills.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS, Dashboards, Data Analysis).
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple states and clients simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting abilities.


  • Educational Qualification:Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline (HR / Management preferred).
  • Experience:Minimum 2–5 years of experience in client management, apprenticeship implementation, HR compliance, or related roles.
  • Preferred Candidate Profile:Experience in managing multi-state operations.
  • Exposure to statutory compliance or government-related processes.
  • Willingness to travel and handle regional responsibilities.
