Job Description
Designation: Sales Officer – Mortgage Sales
Function: Sales / Business Development
Experience: 0–3 Years
CTC: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Area & lane mapping to identify new business sources
- Build and manage relationships with sourcing partners and customers
- Maintain daily activity and sales reports
- Identify and recruit channel partners as required
- Attend daily team huddles
- Ensure complete and accurate loan documentation
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate from any stream (BFSI experience preferred)
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience
- Good communication skills
- Open to travel; must own a two-wheeler
