Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Officer to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The role involves handling customer queries, guiding them through the buying process, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/properties
• Handle customer inquiries through calls, meetings, and site visits
• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, CRM, Accounts) for smooth processing
• Ensure timely updates and communication with clients
• Maintain customer database and records
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
• Required Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and convincing ability
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools)
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Qualification:Any Degree
• Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
• Experience:0–3 years from fresher
