Job Title: Renewal Executive – Insurance

Job Summary:

The Renewal Executive is responsible for managing and ensuring timely renewal of existing insurance policies. The main goal is to maintain customer relationships, follow up for premium payments, and achieve renewal targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact existing policyholders through calls, emails, or messages to remind them about upcoming renewals.

Explain policy benefits, renewal terms, and any updates clearly to customers.

Follow up regularly to collect premium payments before policy expiry.

Maintain accurate renewal records and update customer details in the system.

Handle customer queries and provide quick resolutions to ensure satisfaction.

Coordinate with the underwriting and finance teams for policy issuance after renewal.

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional insurance products.

Achieve monthly renewal and retention targets set by the company.

Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in insurance renewals, telecalling, or customer service.

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Candidate must be able to speak and understand English, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, and Hindi.

Basic knowledge of insurance products and renewal process.

Proficiency in MS Office or CRM tools.

Goal-oriented and able to work under deadlines.
