Retail Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in tiles and sanitary ware sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.

Explain product features, specifications, and benefits effectively.

Maintain attractive product displays and ensure showroom cleanliness.

Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and close sales.

Coordinate with the accounts and logistics team for order processing.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Stay updated on new arrivals, product knowledge, and market trends.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in tiles/sanitaryware showroom sales (preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software).

Smart, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
