Retail Sales Executive

Job Description:

• Handling daily store operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the outlet
• Customer handling & service, resolving queries and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Billing and cash handling using POS systems
• Managing inward and outward stock, GRN entries, and stock verification
• Maintaining FIFO (First In First Out) for perishable and FMCG items
• Inventory management including stock checking, replenishment, and avoiding stock loss
• Product display, shelving, and merchandising as per company standards
• Monitoring expiry dates, damages, and near-expiry items
• Coordinating with warehouse/suppliers for timely stock replenishment
• Preparing daily sales reports, stock reports, and cash summaries
• Maintaining store hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Supporting promotional activities and offers in the store
• Handling returns, exchanges, and customer complaints
• Assisting in team coordination and task allocation when required
