The Role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager with excellent communication skills to drive our partnership ecosystem growth. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing ERP/HRMS integration partners while actively identifying and new partnerships. This role requires strong relationship management capabilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively with our marketing and leadership teams to expand our biometric API platform globally. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently while collaborating across teams.

Key responsibilities include conducting partner business reviews, negotiating partnership agreements, contributing market insights to marketing campaigns, and providing weekly updates to leadership. Join us as we scale from 200+ to 300+ ERP integrations with exciting product launches including our Biometric AI Agent

Compensation

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000/month

Growth: Path to Senior Manager as team expands
