Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and convert leads through direct and digital outreach.

• Conduct client meetings and present Sapoto’s tech-based solutions.

• Prepare and negotiate business proposals.

• Maintain consistent follow-up and achieve ₹10–15 lakh monthly targets.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• 1–3 years experience in B2B or tech product sales.

• Confident communicator with negotiation and closing skills.

Compensation:

Fixed salary + 2–3% incentive based on closed deals.
