Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist them with their purchases, and provide knowledgeable information about products.
• Sales Performance: Drive sales by actively promoting products and services. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a solid understanding of the products and services offered. Stay updated on product features, benefits, and promotions.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and product display maintenance. Ensure that merchandise is well-organized and visually appealing.
• Store Maintenance: Help maintain a clean and organized store environment. Ensure that the store meets company standards for appearance and presentation.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive working atmosphere.

Qualifications:
