Job Title: Sales Coordinator (B2B – Chennai)Location: Chennai (Office-based)

Experience: 1–3 years

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

About the CompanySwastik Needles operates under the Bell brand and is a leading manufacturer and distributor of sewing needles and sewing accessories in India. We cater exclusively to B2B customers including wholesalers, distributors, tailoring material dealers, and factories across India and overseas.

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our pan-India sales team and ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, logistics, and management. This role is critical for maintaining data accuracy, follow-ups, reporting, and internal coordination.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with field sales executives on daily visits, orders, and follow-ups
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proforma invoices, and order confirmations
  • Track order status, dispatch details, and delivery follow-ups
  • Support dealer onboarding and documentation

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems (TeleCRM / TrackOlap)
  • Ensure sales executives submit daily & weekly reports correctly
  • Prepare consolidated sales, visit, and follow-up reports for management
  • Track pending payments and follow up with sales team/customers

Communication & Coordination

  • Communicate with dealers, distributors, and internal teams via phone, WhatsApp, and email
  • Coordinate with logistics partners for dispatch, POD, and delivery status
  • Act as a bridge between sales, operations, and management

Administrative Support

  • Maintain records of orders, payments, dispatches, and customer communications
  • Assist in preparing presentations, summaries, and internal documents
  • Skills & RequirementsHindi proficiency (mandatory) – to coordinate with North & Central India sales team
  • Good working knowledge of English (spoken & written)
  • Strong follow-up and coordination skills
  • Comfortable with WhatsApp, Excel, Google Sheets, Email
  • Basic understanding of sales processes (B2B preferred)
  • Prior experience in sales coordination / back-office / CRM operations is an advantage
  • Preferred ProfileExperience in B2B trading, manufacturing, FMCG, or wholesale businesses
  • Familiar with CRM tools (TeleCRM, Zoho, Salesforce, TrackOlap – any one)
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow-ups independently
