Job Summary:

The Laptop Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating sales activities related to laptops and related accessories. This role involves liaising between the sales team, customers, suppliers, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and process sales orders for laptops and accessories.

Maintain accurate inventory levels and communicate stock availability to sales teams.

Liaise with suppliers, distributors, and logistics partners to track and manage product delivery timelines.

Prepare and share regular sales reports, forecasts, and inventory updates.

Support the sales team with product information, pricing, and quotations.

Respond to customer inquiries related to laptop products, availability, and order status.

Ensure timely billing and coordination with the finance team for invoice generation and payment tracking.

Assist in planning and executing sales promotions and campaigns.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends related to laptops.

Maintain an updated database of clients and sales activities in the CRM system.
