Job Description
Responsibility:
Check and update daily stock availability
Follow up on pending stock and back orders
Coordinate with logistics for dispatch and delivery status
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders to vendors
Follow up with vendors on order confirmation and dispatch
Maintain sales, purchase, and stock records
Support the sales team with order processing
Update management on stock status and low stock alerts
Handle basic customer order status queries
Perform other coordination-related tasks as assigned
