Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team in managing Loan Against Property (LAP) and Home Loan (HL) processes. This role involves coordinating with customers, banks, and internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing, documentation, and disbursement.

• Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with sales executives and customers for loan application processing
• Handle documentation and verification for LAP and Home Loan cases
• Follow up with banks/NBFCs for login, sanction, and disbursement status
• Maintain and update MIS reports and customer records
• Ensure timely submission of documents and resolve discrepancies
• Assist in lead tracking and pipeline management
• Communicate with customers regarding loan status and requirements
• Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and financial institutions
• Required Skills:Good communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of LAP and Home Loan processes
• Basic understanding of banking/financial products
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
• Strong follow-up and multitasking ability
• Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Eligibility Criteria:Bachelor’s degree (Commerce, Business Administration, or related field preferred)
• 0–3 years of experience in banking, NBFC, or loan processing (freshers can also apply)
• Preferred Qualifications:Experience in Home Loan / LAP coordination or sales support
• Familiarity with CRM tools or loan processing systems
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Timely loan processing and disbursement
• Accuracy in documentation
• Customer satisfaction and follow-up efficiency
• Support in achieving team targets
• Work Environment:Office-based role
• May require coordination with multiple stakeholders (banks, customers, internal teams)
