Sales Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Sales Engineer to support the sales team of our UPS and Solar division. The candidate should have good computer skills and strong English communication to handle coordination, documentation, and customer support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the sales team for daily sales activities

Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports

Maintain customer records and follow up with leads

Handle emails, calls, and basic customer inquiries

Support sales executives with documentation and data entry

Track orders, payments, and delivery status

Assist in preparing MIS reports and presentations

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)

Good English communication (written & spoken)

Basic understanding of sales processes

Ability to multitask and manage data accurately
