Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Software Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing customer relationships across our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients

Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet revenue targets

Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts to close deals

Build long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention

Collaborate with technical teams for smooth client onboarding

Maintain accurate sales records in CRM system

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field

2-4 years of proven B2B software/SaaS sales experience

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling CRM, HRMS, or enterprise SaaS products

Knowledge of healthcare, hospitality, or e-commerce sectors

Existing business network in target industries
