Sales Executive

Fusion Gaming is one of Chennai’s best PC builders specializing in high performance prebuilt systems and custom PCs through our BYOP (Build Your Own PC) tool. We’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive who can engage customers, manage leads effectively, and help them find the perfect PC setup.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with walk-in and online leads to understand their needs and recommend the right PC or components.
• Manage leads and customer interactions using a CRM system ensuring proper follow-ups and conversions.
• Maintain product knowledge to explain PC features, configurations, and compatibility clearly.
• Coordinate with the build and tech teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer relations preferred.
• Working knowledge of CRM software (lead management, follow-ups, reports).
• Interest or background in computer hardware/gaming PCs is a big plus.
• Goal-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
