Job Description

Job Title : Sales Executive

Training Duration (if fresher) : 6 months

Stipend : Rs. 7000 per month


Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with an MBA or BBA who are eager to begin their career in sales and business development. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, promoting company offerings, and supporting overall business growth initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.
  • Understand customer needs and present suitable product/service solutions.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to generate leads.
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.


Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and business development.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


Educational Qualification:

  • MBA in Marketing / Business Administration (Preferred).
  • BBA or equivalent in Business Management (Preferred).
  • Both freshers and experience up to 1 year are welcomed.
