Sales Leader

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Group Leader with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the RO water purifier industry. The ideal candidate will lead lead generation activities and drive sales efforts in residential and institutional areas within Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
• Conduct lead generation activities in apartments, schools, parks, and other locations
• Dedicate approximately 2 hours daily to field activities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with potential customers
• Ensure proper product demonstration and information dissemination
• Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities
• Coordinate with the management for sales strategies and targets
