Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities**

  1. Team Management

  • Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Assign leads, monitor daily activities, and review performance regularly.
  • Conduct training and coaching sessions for new and existing sales executives.
  1. Sales Planning & Strategy

  • Develop sales strategies and action plans to increase property sales.
  • Set individual and team sales targets and ensure timely achievement.
  • Plan site visits, promotional activities, and customer engagement programs.
  1. Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Ensure proper handling of inbound and outbound leads.
  • Monitor follow-ups and conversion ratios of the sales team.
  • Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns, portals, and walk-in inquiries.
  1. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Handle high-value clients and critical negotiations personally.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  1. Site Visits & Closures

  • Organize and oversee property site visits.
  • Support the team in presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Ensure documentation and booking procedures are followed correctly.
  1. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Track performance metrics, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management.
  1. Coordination & Compliance

  • Coordinate with legal, CRM, finance, and operations teams for smooth transactions.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, RERA regulations, and ethical sales practices.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  1. Market Intelligence

  • Study market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market demand.
