*Key Responsibilities*
* Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
* Plan and execute effective sales strategies for property sales and marketing campaigns.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
* Conduct property site visits, client meetings, and negotiations to close deals.
* Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management.
* Ensure smooth coordination between clients, sales executives, and management.
* Uphold the company’s brand reputation and maintain high service standards.
*Required Skills & Qualifications*
* Proven experience (5+ years) as a Sales Manager in the Real Estate industry.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to achieve sales targets and handle pressure effectively.
* Strong knowledge of real estate market, trends, and regulations.
* High level of integrity, professionalism, and client-oriented approach.
* Male candidates preferred (Age 35+).
