Job Description
- Job Role & Responsibilities:Handle loan sales: Personal Loan, Home Loan, Business Loan, LAP
- Lead, manage, and motivate sales team (Telecallers / Relationship Managers)
- Achieve monthly sales targets and team targets
- Generate business through DSA, referrals, and customer calls
- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing
- Monitor daily performance, reports, and follow-ups
- Train team on sales pitch, product knowledge, and closing techniques
- Ensure quality sourcing and proper documentation
