Job Description
Role: Tele Sales Executive – Real Estate
Responsibilities:
Call potential customers generated from ads & portals
Explain project details (plots / flats / villas)
Understand customer requirements
Schedule site visits for sales team
Follow up regularly till closure
Maintain lead data in CRM / Excel
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum: 12th / Any Degree
Freshers & experienced candidates welcome
Languages: Tamil mandatory, English / Hindi preferred
Basic computer & WhatsApp knowledge
Work Details
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: 6 days (TUESDAY off / SUNDAY WORKING)
