Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through Direct Visits on Cold calls, Calling, emails, and other marketing methods.
  • Research and gather relevant information about companies and decision-makers in the IT services market.
  1. Sales Calls:
  • Conduct cold calls on field and follow-up calls to potential clients to promote the company’s IT services / Products
  • Present and explain IT services to prospects, highlighting benefits and features that address their business needs.
  • Overcome objections and convince prospects of the value of the services.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Maintain and update a database of prospects, tracking all calls, conversations, and sales activities.
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients and work towards converting them into long-term customers.
  • Keep in contact with existing clients to upsell additional services and ensure client satisfaction.
  1. Sales Target Achievement:
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities and performance.
  1. Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams:
  • Work closely with the sales team to pass qualified leads for further action.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to help refine service offerings.
  1. Product Knowledge:
  • Stay up-to-date with the company's IT services, features, and benefits to effectively communicate to potential clients.
  1. Customer Service:
  • Handle customer queries and provide accurate information regarding the company’s IT services.
  • Address client concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments.
