Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through Direct Visits on Cold calls, Calling, emails, and other marketing methods.
- Research and gather relevant information about companies and decision-makers in the IT services market.
- Sales Calls:
- Conduct cold calls on field and follow-up calls to potential clients to promote the company’s IT services / Products
- Present and explain IT services to prospects, highlighting benefits and features that address their business needs.
- Overcome objections and convince prospects of the value of the services.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain and update a database of prospects, tracking all calls, conversations, and sales activities.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients and work towards converting them into long-term customers.
- Keep in contact with existing clients to upsell additional services and ensure client satisfaction.
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities and performance.
- Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams:
- Work closely with the sales team to pass qualified leads for further action.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to help refine service offerings.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date with the company's IT services, features, and benefits to effectively communicate to potential clients.
- Customer Service:
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information regarding the company’s IT services.
- Address client concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments.
