Sales & Marketing Executive

Core Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Designing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing plans that align with overall company goals.
• Market Research: Conducting extensive research on competitor products, market trends, and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities.
• Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers through various channels, including digital marketing, networking, and trade shows.
• Campaign Management: Creating and overseeing multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO) to build brand awareness.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and negotiating deals to close new sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is standard.
• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), digital marketing tools (SEO/SEM, Google AdWords), and data analysis platforms.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are critical for customer-facing tasks and internal collaboration.
• Analytical Thinking: The ability to interpret complex data to refine strategies and improve sales quotas.
